We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. Retention of Data

Madison Haynes can will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Madison Haynes will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Clients must review the Terms and conditions before the point of service. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. All designer and product fees are final.   All personalized services are confidential.   Qualified referrals must verify Friends and Family before service. 

MADISON TAYLOR MADE is a fee-based service provider. Pre-order is required. 2-3 weeks is the standard production time. A designer fee may or may not include production and manufacturing, shipping costs, or applicable sales tax. All designer service and consulting fees are final.

An INTRO service ( brand and product education) consultation may be required before Custom and Celebrity MADE Services. NDA and Contractual agreements may be necessary depending on the nature of the service requested. Due to the sensitive nature of our business, we do not provide service refunds or accept product exchanges.  

Original Artwork Archives are produced in limited release and are only available to registered clients. Please allow up to 21 business days for domestic made-to-order production. Due to COVID-19, additional delays may occur. Design service fees are subject to change at any time due to market changes and at the sole discretion of MADISON TAYLORMADE.    

 In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate your account or to close your account permanently. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for misuse or misrepresentation of our brand at any time.
